No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and the product key or download link has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of the transaction through your payment provider.
Disclaimer of Warranties / "As-Is" Provision
ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KORVRA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Access and Subscription
Access to purchased products is granted for the duration selected at checkout (e.g., 1 Day, 7 Days, or 30 Days). Upon expiration, access is automatically terminated without further notice. No partial refunds or pro-rata credits will be issued for unused time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice or liability.
User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree to use our products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You shall not: (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your product access with any third party; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (c) use the software for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; (d) attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, code, designs, logos, and trademarks on this website and in our products are the exclusive intellectual property of Korvra and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except the limited license to use the purchased product for its intended purpose during the subscription period.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your purchase and deliver the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. We maintain a strict zero-log policy regarding your usage data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Korvra and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the software; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products and services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
